29th September 2013
At 13:18 John D Spicer slipped her mooring to a report of a MOB near Porth Ysgaden. On route casualty confirmed that he was safely ashore. Lifeboat stood down and returned to station
22nd September 2013
After towing a yacht to the safety of Porthdinllaen harbour around midday, the John D Spicer was tasked again by HHCG to the aid of a fishing boat with a fouled propeller at Clynnog Fawr. Casualty was safely towed to Trefor and lifeboat returned to station at 15:00
9th September 2013
At 14:29 John D Spicer slipped her mooring to a report of a fishing vessel with a fouled propeller near Trefor pier. Casualty was taken in tow into Trefor to be put on a safe mooring and Lifeboat returned to station at 15:45

At 18:01 the Station Boarding Boat was launched to a report of a kayak in distress in Morfa Nefyn beach
23rd August 2013
At 00:34 John D Spicer and the Beaumaris Lifeboat was launched to a report that a 45ft cabin cruiser had collided with a yacht whilst on anchor on the Menai Straits and that her rudder had become tangled around her anchor chain.
